Tour Player - Phil Lavoie

Phil epitomizes the spirit of our group - good fun, good friends and bad golf.  Quite the conversationalist...Phil often starts sentences with the word “Dude……..”.

Tour Player - Mike Hornyak

This guy hits a 5-iron longer than most people hit their driver.  Mike is living proof that if you put enough force behind something, it will fly!  But don’t worry, if you’re in the fairway or on the green — you’re safe from his shots!

International Tour Rookie - Dave Broon

International Player, Dave Broon of Scotland joins the BEER-dot.com Golf Tour as a Rookie in 2007.  Our traditional skirt for newbie's won’t be a problem for this kilt-wearing duffer.

The 2007 Rookies

Tour Rookie - Keith Hui

Keith Hui underwent a tremendous conditioning and training program over the winter.  His best advice?  “Properly address your golf ball...that way they can mail it back to you”.

Tour Player - John Compton

A “Commissioner-In-Training”, John is known as “Mr. 261 Down the Middle”.  Though most wonder if that refers to his driver yardage or expanding girth.

International Tour Rookie - James Broon

Tour Rookie - Craig Marsh

From the state of Maryland, Craig is truly the unknown player for this season.  Eyes will be on him to see if he can live up to his billing.  Unfortunately, that billing is usually for drinks…  Craig is also quick to let everyone know—he’s not related to the Commish.

Staff Members

Public Relations - Linda Marsh

The darling of the Tour, Linda is THE ONE person to be nice to.  In addition to registering all the tournament players—she’s also the person who judges the hole-in-one contest for vehicles!

Equipment Inspector & Quality Control - Chris Engbrecht

If you think someone has some unusual equipment - send in Chris.  She’s an expert in shafts and ball standards and is quick to identify the imposters -don’t test her, she’ll embarrass you...
